Ingredients For Jowas muthiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add jowar flour in a bowl
  • 2. After take in add fangreek leaves add salt add ginger chilli lahsun pest
  • 3. After add in turmeric powder dhaniya powder curd add after add mix well
  • 4. Take oil knead soft dough using approx 1cup of water
  • 5. Divide the dough into equal portion and shape each portion into cylinder roll.
  • 6. Arrange all roll on a greased plate and steam for 20 minutes, once cool down cut each roll
  • 7. Heat the oil in a nonsteak or aluminium kadhai after add cumin seeds and add curry leaves add muthiya after add sugar.
  • 8. After that Switch off the flame , serve in plate with chutney , curd or tea.
