Ingredients For Kanda Poha

Methods
  • 1. In a colander, put the Poha and put under running water for a minute. Keep aside.
  • 2. In a wok, add oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onions and curry leaves.
  • 3. Sauté for a minute on high flame, add the peanuts and further saute for a minute.
  • 4. Add salt, turmeric powder and the drained Poha. Mix well, put the lid on and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • 5. Add the lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
