Ingredients For Kanda Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the onions into slices.
  • 2. Take a wok, heat oil. Add mustard seeds in it. When it starts crackle add green chilli, curry leaves and onions. Saute it till onions become translucent and little brown.
  • 3. Add all the spices. Mix it . Now add soaked poha in it. Mix it well. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 4. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves in it. Garnish with sev. Serve it hot.
