Ingredients For Kashmiri pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Fry dry fruits in ghee ..and soaked rice for 1/2 hrs
  • 2. Take a round pan, add ghee bay leaf ,red chilli ,garam masala ,ginger garlic paste then fry it for 1 min and add chopped onion and then the rice
  • 3. Fry for 3 mins .add water Kesar .now cover it with a lid
  • 4. After 10mins add dry fruits and lemon juice
  • 5. Serve hot
