Ingredients For Veg Kashmiri Pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add milk and saffron strings and keep aside.
  • 2. In a wok add ghee heat it and roast the dry fruit on medium flame and keep aside.
  • 3. Now add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, fennel and whole black pepper saute turns aromatic.
  • 4. Add sliced onion, ginger garlic paste saute well.
  • 5. Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder, Salt and saute on low flame.
  • 6. 2 cup rice soaked for 15 minutes. Saute gently.
  • 7. Add 4 cup water, saffron milk and roasted dryfruits mix gently.
  • 8. Cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
  • 9. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  • 10. Now Kashmiri pulav is ready to serve.
