Ingredients For KEMAMI SEVAIYA Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat clarified butter / ghee and roast the sewai on medium flame. Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel.Once boiled ,keep it on a low flame.
  • 2. Add the roasted sewai in the boil milk, Cook for five mins.In another pan heat 1 tsp clarified butter.
  • 3. Add whole dried milk / mawa and saute for one mins. Add sugar and mix well..
  • 4. Add cardamom powder, kewra water and switch off the gas. Add in the milkGarnish with fried chopped cashew nuts,almonds and raisins.
