Ingredients For Khaman dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take besan and salt in a big bowl and add water little by little, whisk till ribbon consistency.
  • 2. After keeping it for 1 and a half hour add eno salt and give a good mix and keep it for steaming for 15 minutes.
  • 3. After 15 minutes check it with the help of a toothpick and if required let it cook for 5 more minutes at low flame.
  • 4. Take oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and green chillies. Add water, lemon juice and sugar. Let it simmer for 10 minutes..
  • 5. Pour over the pieces of dhokla. Garnish with desigated coconut.
  • 6. Serve chilled.
