Methods
  • 1. To make poha, first take the poha and wash it with water and clean it well.
  • 2. When the water comes out from the poha, put sugar in it and keep it to dry.
  • 3. Take out all the rest of the ingredients and keep them. Cut green chilies and take out the peanuts and keep them aside.
  • 4. The ingredients to put in the poha are ready. Now take a pan, put oil in it and keep it on the gas for heating.
  • 5. Put mustard seeds in hot oil, when mustard seeds start crackling, add curry leaves, green chilies and turmeric powder and fry.
  • 6. In this mixture also add peanuts and mix all the mixture well and roast it.
  • 7. When the masala is roasted, add poha to it and mix it with the spices.
  • 8. Leave the poha to cook on the gas for some time. Switch off the gas after 2-3 minutes.
  • 9. Add lemon juice to the poha and garnish it with green coriander leaves.
  • 10. Your delicious Poha is ready, take it out in a plate and serve it to everyone.
