How to make Khooba Roti with a twist of Kasuri Methi Recipe

Mix in melted ghee with wheat flour salt and kasuri methi first.

Now slowly incorporate warm water as required to make a soft dough.

Roll out the roti and smear some ghee over it.

Heat a tawa and place the ghee side facing down and make marks with a knife on the side facing up.

Flip cook for two second and if possible pinch on hot tawa else take it off the flame and place it on a plate or any marble surface and pinch from outside to inside the roti to make marks with your index finger and thumb. Once marks are formed place it back on the tawa and cook on both sides.

After cooking on both sides to make it crispy put it on direct flame and cook on both sides like that of a phulka. Serve with spicy chutney or spicy subji.
