Methods

How to make Kuttu Ka Aalu Parata Recipe

1. Mix the flour of buckwheat flour,barnyardflour,coriander,greenchilli ginger paste,boiled grated potato,salt as per taste.
2. Mix well forming soft dough. If required ,you can add very little water.
3. Rest for only 2 minutes
4. Roll thick chapatis by dusting it with buckwheat flour. Its difficult to handle as normal wheat flour chapati. If required ,you can roll it between parchment paper.
5. Roast the aalu parata flipping both the sides roasting it with ghee.
6. Serve it with chutney
