Recipe Notes

You can use any type of gluten free flour. Here I have used buckwheat flour and barnyard flour . You can make the same with only one flour but taste may vary.

Ingredients For Kuttu Ka Aalu Parata Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix the flour of buckwheat flour,barnyardflour,coriander,greenchilli ginger paste,boiled grated potato,salt as per taste.
  • 2. Mix well forming soft dough. If required ,you can add very little water.
  • 3. Rest for only 2 minutes
  • 4. Roll thick chapatis by dusting it with buckwheat flour. Its difficult to handle as normal wheat flour chapati. If required ,you can roll it between parchment paper.
  • 5. Roast the aalu parata flipping both the sides roasting it with ghee.
  • 6. Serve it with chutney
