Methods
  • 1. Wash and cut fish fillets in bite size and marinate it with 3 lemons and some salt for about 2 hours.
  • 2. After that wash it completely.
  • 3. Now, on fish pieces,add sifted all-purpose flour & set aside for 15 minutes. In blender,add garlic,water and blend well
  • 4. In bowl,add garlic water,cumin seeds,carom seeds,garam masala powder,red chili crushed, coriander seeds,salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder and mix well.
  • 5. Add gram flour and mix well. Add water if required and mix well to form a thick batter.
  • 6. Add fish fillets and coat well,cover and marinate for 3 hours.
  • 7. In wok,heat oil and fry fish until golden brown.
  • 8. For dip, grind all given ingredients together with some water until smooth paste.
