Taste so much depends how you marinate your fish and trust me first marination works so well, and secondly patiently fry them on slow to medium heat so to have crispy from outside and soft juicy and perfectly cooked from inside.

Ingredients For Amritsari Fish Tikka Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl put washed fish and marinate it with lemon juice and salt for 1 or 2 hrs.
  • 2. After that wash it, Now add all ingredients for second marination and gently mix it nicely with your hands.
  • 3. Marinate it for 1 hr.
  • 4. In a wok heat mustard oil when comes to a required temperature, slowly start putting your marinated fish in hot oil until golden and completely cooked from inside on medium flames.
  • 5. For dipping chutney grind given ingredients perfectly into a fine smooth fine paste and add little lemon juice in it.
  • 6. Serve it with green chutney and onion rings.
