  • 1. Heat a Saucepan add ghee.
  • 2. Once its a little hot add the dalia / broken wheat and stir it for the next 4-5 minutes on a medium flame or until the dalia becomes brown.
  • 3. Lapsi is ready. Transfer it in a serving bowl and serve.
