Maggi noodles are very much liked by both children and adults, so why not make it even more healthy and tasty by using corn and vegetables. Children can be made happy by keeping it in tiffin too.

To make Maggi Corn Chaat, first cook the corn in a pressure cooker till one whistle. When cooked, keep it aside from the water. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin, onion and fry it lightly. Now add turmeric powder to all the vegetables and corn and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes add tomatoes and cook. When the tomatoes are cooked well, then add Maggi noodles to it, mix well and stir it from all sides. Now add 2 cups of water and salt as per taste and mix it. Cover er and cook for 3-4 minutes. When cooked well, add coriander leaves to it. Now take it out in a plate and serve hot by pouring sauce on top.
