Then filter it in a cotton cloth. And wash it well with cold water so that the sourness comes out from inside the paneer. Then press it with light hands to let the water out and then leave it hanging somewhere for 2 hours. After 2 hours take out the paneer in a square vessel or plate.

Rasgulla is almost done, now turn off the gas. (If there is more juice in your rasgula then cover it again and cook it for a while)

Our milk has burnt to almost half. Now we will add the remaining sugar and cardamom powder and mix it. And cook it for 2 more minutes. Then turn off the gas and leave the milk to rise. Then turn off the gas and leave the milk to rise. Then take out the Rasgulla in a bowl. (Do not take the juice of Rasgulla) Then put the condensed milk in it. And put a little bit of chopped almonds and pistachios in it. And keep it in the fridge overnight or for four hours. Because it comes to its test only after it cools down. Then take it out in the serving bowl and then put some almonds and pistachio finely on top and put one or two leaves of saffron on top. And serve it to the guests.
