Had some leftover bread and thought of make a yummilicious chaat from it. So deep fried the bread pieces and added some vegetables and made this super tempting chaat!!! Do try it...

Ingredients For Leftover Bread croutons and potato chips chaat recipe

Methods
  • 1. Chop all the vegetables (red-yellow-green capsicums, tomato, boiled potato, onions, coriander leaves) and keep them aside.
  • 2. Deep fry the leftover bread in oil by cutting the pieces of bread into triangle shape. Fry them till they turn golden brown.
  • 3. Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder on the fried fine chips of potatoes.
  • 4. Place the fried bread croutons and potato chips below in the serving bowl.
  • 5. Then add the chopped vegetables above it.
  • 6. Add the chaat masala and sprinkle khatti Mithi chutney, Sev and coriander leaves and serve it immediately!
