Leftover Rice Rasgulla Recipe

It is one of my innovative recipe.Sometimes we don't like to use leftover rice as meal.So I made this rasgulla with leftover rice.For sweetness I used date palm jaggery (Nolen Gur) & believe me taste is just awesome.

Ingredients For Leftover Rice Rasgulla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first make dry the leftover rice under room temperature.
  • 2. Then make a paste of rice and cardamom seeds.
  • 3. Brush a plate with a tsp of oil or butter and then take the rice mixture on it.
  • 4. Add flour and cornflour with the mixture and make a dough of it.
  • 5. Apply one tsp ghee to the mixture and make small balls from it.
  • 6. Keep it in fridge for sometimes.
  • 7. Now make syrup with 1cup jaggery and 4 cup water.If you like more sweetness then add 2 cup jaggery and 2cup water.
  • 8. When the syrup will start to leave bubble, add rasgullas in it.
  • 9. Boil it in low to medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • 10. After 10 minutes open the lid.Size will double.
  • 11. Boil it another 5 minutes on low flame.
  • 12. Make it cool and serve chilled.
