Ingredients For Lemon Rice Kheer With Nestle Milkmaid Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash rice 2-3 times and soak in 4 cups of water for about 1 hour.
  • 2. Take a heavy saucepan, add rice along with the water and turn on the flame and cook for about 30 minutes.
  • 3. Take 2 lemons and peel them off and then finely sliced them and add to the boiling rice.
  • 4. When rice is tender and cooked well. Add whole milk and cook further for about 30 minutes.
  • 5. Stirring occasionally to avoid burning from the bottom. Add sugar and Nestle Milkmaid.
  • 6. Mix well and cook another 5-10 minutes or until it becomes thick and creamy.
  • 7. Add chopped almonds and cashew nuts mix well and turn off the flame.
  • 8. Now transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with nuts.
