First of all, boil the sweet corn kernels lightly. Peel the potatoes and mash them very finely, add mashed potatoes, sweet corn, capsicum, ginger, green chilies, green coriander, half the bread powder and salt, save 2 pinches of salt which will be mixed in the flour solution, put all the things Will mix well.

The mixture for making cutlets is ready.Add some water to the flour until the lumps are dissolved, and by adding water, prepare a thin flour solution (add 4-6 tablespoons of water to 2 tablespoons of flour).

Take out a little mixture from the mixture prepared for cutlets and give it a round or long shape, dip it in the flour mixture and immediately put it in the bread powder and wrap the bread powder well around the cutlet. Prepare all the cutlets in the same way.

Put oil in a pan and heat it, put as many cutlets as can be easily fried in hot oil and fry them till they turn brown on both the sides. Fry the Chhasare cutlets in the same way.

Serve hot sweet corn cutlets with green coriander chutney and Ketchup
