Methods
  • 1. Assemble all ingredients.,then in a large mixing bowl take sweet corn kernels.
  • 2. Now add maize flour and corn starch.
  • 3. Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and coriander leaves.
  • 4. Now add all spices, asafoetida and salt... Combine and mix well without adding any water.
  • 5. Now add water and form a thick batter and add hot oil and mix well.
  • 6. Now drop the maize corn pakoda mixture, making dough balls into the hot oil.
  • 7. Stir occasionally, and fry on medium flame.
  • 8. Fry till the pakora turns crispy and golden brown
  • 9. Finally, serve crispy maize corn fritters with chutney or tomato sauce....
