In a bowl combine maize flour,grated and squeezed reddish,Ginger,Green chilly,salt,coriander leaves and 1 tbsp oil and knead a soft dough with the help of sufficient water.

Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll out each part into a circle of 6

Heat a tawa and cook each paratha using little oil ,till golden brown spots appears in both the sides.
4.
Remove from heat and serve hot makai ka paratha with curd or chutney.
