1.
In a bowl add wheat flour and knead a soft dough with the help of sufficient water and keep aside.

Wash cauliflower and cut its florets and grate it. Add salt,grated ginger,Green chilly,Cumin powder,Ajwain,Red chilly powder,coriender leaves and mix everything well.

Make medium sized balls from the prepared dough of wheat flour. Make a small round shape poori with the help of rolling pin dusting some wheat flour .

Place 1 tbsp of stuffing of cauliflower mixture in the middle of the poori. Seal the edges carefully and make round shape parantha.
5.
Heat a pan or iron tawa On medium heat. Place prepared parantha on tawa and cook. Turn it over and apply 1/2 tsp oil Evenly on both the sides.
6.
Flip the parantha as needed and cook till golden brown spots appears.
7.
Likewise make parantha from the remaining dough balls. Off the flame and serve hot gobhi ka paratha with tomato ketchup or curd.
