Ingredients For Gobhi ka paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add wheat flour and knead a soft dough with the help of sufficient water and keep aside.
  • 2. Wash cauliflower and cut its florets and grate it. Add salt,grated ginger,Green chilly,Cumin powder,Ajwain,Red chilly powder,coriender leaves and mix everything well.
  • 3. Make medium sized balls from the prepared dough of wheat flour. Make a small round shape poori with the help of rolling pin dusting some wheat flour .
  • 4. Place 1 tbsp of stuffing of cauliflower mixture in the middle of the poori. Seal the edges carefully and make round shape parantha.
  • 5. Heat a pan or iron tawa On medium heat. Place prepared parantha on tawa and cook. Turn it over and apply 1/2 tsp oil Evenly on both the sides.
  • 6. Flip the parantha as needed and cook till golden brown spots appears.
  • 7. Likewise make parantha from the remaining dough balls. Off the flame and serve hot gobhi ka paratha with tomato ketchup or curd.
