Ingredients For Awadhi Ghughni Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak chana for 8 hours. Drain it and keep aside.
  • 2. In a grinder add green chilly, garlic,dill leaves and coriander leaves. Grind to a paste.
  • 3. In a pressure cooker add soaked chana, grounded green paste, salt and oil.
  • 4. Add 1 cup of water and cook till 4 to 5 whistles or until chana turns soft.
  • 5. When done open the lid and if you see moisture in it then switch on the gas and let it dry.
  • 6. Serve hot.
