Ingredients For Matar ki Ghughni Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in non stick pan,saute geen chilly garlic paste.
  • 2. When sauted add fresh washed green peas.
  • 3. Add salt and cook for 1 2 minutes. Than add 1/2 water and cover the lid.
  • 4. Cook till peas done properly. When done switch off the flame mix coriander paste and serve hot.
