Ingredients For Malabar Spinach with curds Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds. Fry till crackling.
  • 3. Now add the chopped greens, green chilly and salt. Cover it with a lid and cook over low flame for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Take it into a bowl. Let it come to room temperature
  • 5. Now take a cup of curds and stir it well. Add this to the cooked greens. Mix well.
  • 6. Garnish this with curry leaves and serve it with rice or chapati.
