Ingredients For Manchurian poori chaat with cheesy sauce Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except oil, mix well and form like a dough.
  • 2. Make small balls and deep get till crisp. Keep aside.
  • 3. In a mixing bowl add all ingredients listed for poori. Knead a soft dough and keep aside with covered for minutes.
  • 4. After 15 minutes take poori portion from dough and roll poori, apply oil evenly on it and sprinkle maida , make another poori also like this.
  • 5. Now make 5 pooris like this and make 5 layer of poori, now roll it and fold like swiss roll.
  • 6. Cut at 1/2inch distance and press it and roll again. Heat oil in kadai and fry till crisps. Keep aside.
  • 7. In a pan add butter and maida, cook with continue stirring at very low flame till little colour changes.
  • 8. Add chilled milk and mix again ,add black pepper and grated cheese, mix until combines well and form a cheesy sauce.
  • 9. Now take one poori , put manchurian ball on it, pour cheesy sauce, grated cheese, some sev, and French fries. Serve immediately.
