Ingredients For Mango muffins jelly cake recipe

Methods
  • 1. First we will bake muffins, for that in a bowl seive maida, baking powder and 1tbsp sugar(make in powdered form).
  • 2. Whisk egg till fluffy, add butter, oil ,milk and vanilla essence. Add mango in pureed form.
  • 3. Now add little by little dried ingredients in wet, and fold till pouring consistency batter form.
  • 4. Grease muffin tin with oil and pour batter till 2/3 fill.bake in pre heated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • 5. When baked check with toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let it cool on wire rack.
  • 6. Now heat a pan add agar agar powder with 1 cup water, cook till mixes.
  • 7. Add mango juice and 1tbsp sugar, cook till sugar melts and water starts boiling.
  • 8. Take muffin tin, put previously baked muffin, pour prepared mango jelly over it. So it firlmy take the shape of muffin mold.
  • 9. Let it settle for half an hour in fridge, take out from fridge, garnish with chopped nut some sliced mango.
  • 10. Enjoy the mango dessert!
