Ingredients For Mango Pudding Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the mango and roughly chop them. Transfer in a blander jar with suger and blande a fine paste.
  • 2. Take cornflour in a bowl, add 2 tbsp milk and mix till well combined.
  • 3. Heat a deep pan, add remaining milk,blanded paste and cook the mixture come to boil.
  • 4. Add salt ,cornflour mixture and continuously mix and cook for 2-3 min.
  • 5. When mixture thiken , switch the heat off .add lemon juice and mix well.
  • 6. Transfer the mixture into individual moulds and cool .
  • 7. Keep the mould in refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Gently de-mould the pudding on to individual serving plates .
  • 8. Garnish with chopped mangos and mint spring and serve.
