1.
Keep milk boiling in a pan. And as the cream starts coming in, keep it on the side. When the milk becomes half, then add sugar and cardamom powder and saffron to it. Now turn off the gas. And let it cool down.

Now peel the mango. And make small pieces. And put it in the jar of the mixer, and add 2 spoons of sugar, grind it. Mango pulp is ready.

Now mix mango pulp in the rabri. Add dry fruits . Mango Rabri is ready. Now put yeast, sugar and water in a bowl, cover and keep it for 10 minutes.

In a bowl add all purpose flour, gram flour, food color and oil. And add yeast. And mix well. And prepare the solution by adding some water. Now by adding sugar and water in a vessel, prepare syrup of 1.5 wire. Add cardamom powder and saffron to it.

Now heat ghee in a pan. Pour the solution into the sauce bottle. And make jalebis in ghee. And fry well. Put the jalebi in the syrup. Take it out after 5-7 minutes. Jalebis are ready.
6.
Now put rabri in the plate, keep the jalebi. And put the dry fruits on top.
