Ingredients For MANGO TANGO CAKE

Methods
  • 1. Mix butter ,milk powder and sugar properly
  • 2. Now sieve all purpose flour, baking powder ,baking soda and add in above mixture in 3 batches
  • 3. Do proper mixing by cut n fold method
  • 4. Now add mango pulp and milk to get cake batter consistency
  • 5. Transfer in greased cake mould and sprinkle tuty fruity and balls
  • 6. Bake it for 40 min at 180 deg in preheated microwave in convection mode
  • 7. Let it cool down for 20 min cut n serve
