Ingredients For Mangodae Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the green Gram daal for 2 hrs
  • 2. Drain extra water and grind to semi course mixture..
  • 3. Mix the green Gram daal as much as possible for 10 min to get airation in it..
  • 4. Roast the coriander seeds,fennel seeds,cumin seeds and black pepper for 2 min n semi crush it..
  • 5. Add the crushed powder in the batter ..
  • 6. Add finely chopped coriander leaves ,salt as per taste and mix it well
  • 7. Take small dumplings and deep fry the moonglets to get crispy vadas.
  • 8. Fry few chillies and sprinkle salt on it .
  • 9. To make chutney,grind coriander leaves,mint leaves,chillies,salt ,lemon juice and 1-2 deep fried bhajiyas to make fresh green chutney..
  • 10. Serve hot moonglets,salted chillies with chillies and a cup of tea
