1.
In a pressure cooker. fill some water, place a stand ,on stand place strainer and par boil peas, potatoes and carrot on two whistles

In a pan, boil rice to 70 percent and then strain the water, pour cold water on rice and leave it aside the rice for an hour or two.

Now in a pan heat ghee , saute onions and garlic green chillies paste for 5- 10 minutes.

Then add ginger paste.

Now add kashmiri red chilli powder soaked in 1/2 cup water for 1/2 hr into this
6.
Now add 2 tbsp cream and tbsp curd to this
7.
Saute all this for 5- 10 minutes
8.
Now add the parboiled potoated , peas,carrot,tomatoes to it,add salt
9.
Saute for 5 minutes
10.
Add garam masala,mix all well, Now switch off the flame,
11.
Then add basmati rice , cardamom powder, and mix all well,
12.
Now switch on the flame and cook the masala bhaat for 2-3 minutes, switch off the flame,cover the pan for 1/2 an hour ,let the rice get cooked by itself,
