Ingredients For Masala Chai Lassi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat the water in a pot and add the tea leaves, sugar 2 tablespoons, cardamom, cinnamon and saffron.
  • 2. Let this boil for a couple of minutes until the flavors are infused well.
  • 3. Strain the tea mixture and keep aside to cool.
  • 4. In a blender, add the yogurt, remaining sugar and the cooled tea mixture.
  • 5. Blend until the yogurt becomes frothy. Add the ice cubes and give a blitz.
  • 6. Serve chilled.
