Make sure to chop veggies finely so that it gets sauted quickly also easy tp spread on the bread slices.This vegetable mixture will be enough for 5-6 slices of bread but then it depends on how much you spread it.As soon as you spread the mixture serve it, else it wil become soggy.

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan, add the items listed under 'to temper'. Add onion, required salt - saute until golden.Then add tomato, capsicum and carrot saute until it shrinks and raw smell leaves.Add all the spice powders along with tomato sauce. Give a quick mix, add coriander leaves saute for 2 mins
  • 2. and switch off.Vegetable mixture is ready, set aside.
  • 3. Now in a dosa tawa spread butter and toast bread slices until golden on both sides.Spread the vegetable mixture generously.Cut diagonally and serve Masala Toast hot !
