Methods
  • 1. Will make fenugreek powder and mix it with ghee and leave it for 4-5 days.
  • 2. Now heat the ghee in the pan and fry all the flour and gram flour in it well.
  • 3. Now after lightly roasting all the dry fruits, cool them and grind them, keeping them a little grainy. Don't make it too fine.
  • 4. Now put a pan on the gas and put jaggery and half a cup of water in it and prepare syrup.
  • 5. Now mix dry fruits, cardamom powder, dry ginger powder all together in the flour. And add jaggery syrup.
  • 6. Now we will apply ghee in our hands and make laddoos.
  • 7. Fenugreek dry fruits laddoos are ready.
