Ingredients For Methi khichdi recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in pressure cooker, add methi seeds, let it spulter, add chopped methi leaves, saute for few seconds.
  • 2. Add 2 cups water and salt, let it boil, add washed rice , cover the lid and cook till 2 whistle release.
  • 3. When done mix well, sprinkle kasuri methi on top and mix. Serve hot.
