Ingredients For Mexican bites

Methods
  • 1. In a wok odd oil and heat it.
  • 2. Add chopped onion roast slightly.
  • 3. Add chopped capsicum cook for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Add chopped tomato, Red chilli sauce, Red chilli flakes, Salt, tomato ketchup and mix well.
  • 5. Add ½ cup water and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  • 6. Now our salsa sauce is ready.
  • 7. For Mexican bites - In a bowl add bread crumbs, salsa sauce, sweet corn, boiled potatoes and ⅛ tsp salt mix well and make a dough.
  • 8. Grease a baking sheet with oil and roll the dough on it.
  • 9. Cut the rectangular pieces from the dough.
  • 10. In a bowl add corn flour and ½ cup water mix it for slurry.
  • 11. Take a rectangular piece and dip into corn flour slurry.
  • 12. Coat with bread crumbs. Repeat the process 3 times.
  • 13. In a wok add 2 cup oil heat it up.
  • 14. Deep fry the all pieces on medium flame till golden brown and crispy.
  • 15. Garnish with mayonnaise and salsa sauce.
  • 16. Serve with tomato ketchup.
