Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and combine the sauce ingredients and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and garlic and cook for few seconds.
  • 2. Add the red bell pepper and mix well. Now add beans and boiled corn kernals and cook for few minutes.
  • 3. Add the rice and sauce and mix it well. Add salt and season with black pepper and serve immediately
