Soak the dal properly. Batter should not be thin. Tawa should be hot .

Ingredients For Mini Green Moong Dal Chilla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixer jar, put soaked dal and all the ingredients .
  • 2. Grind it with water and make a coarse paste .
  • 3. Heat non stick tawa. Pour a spoonful batter on tawa. Spread gently.
  • 4. On low medium heat cook all the chillas from both the sides, putting a little oil .
  • 5. Serve hot with sauce.
