Ingredients For Mix Flour Vermicelli Cookies Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl take all ingredients,mix nicely and prepare a thick mixture.
  • 2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a non-stick pan and spread it nicely.
  • 3. Take 1 tbsp of mixture,place it on pan and immediately spread it in a disc like shape and shallow fry it on low flame for 1 minute.
  • 4. Flip it and shallow fry it nicely from another side too for 1-2 minute or until it becomes golden or crispy.
  • 5. Make all the cookies with same process.
  • 6. Garnish with mix fruit jam and roasted peanuts and its ready to serve.
