Ingredients For Moonglet Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the moong daal and then Soak moong daal For about 4 hours in sufficient water.
  • 2. After 4 hours, drain the water completely.
  • 3. Transfer it to a mixer jar. Add green chillies.
  • 4. Grind it to a smooth batter. If required use very little water while grinding.
  • 5. Add salt, hing and turmeric powder, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 6. Whisk the batter in one direction for about two minutes to make it fluffy.
  • 7. Heat the tawa and spread the batter.
  • 8. Once it is cooked from bottom, flip it and let ot get cooked from other side too. Use butter while cooking.
  • 9. Once it is cooked from both sides, Transfer it to a plate and prepare other moonglet following same method.
  • 10. While serving top it with some beetroot jullience and ginger jullience.
  • 11. Serve immediately.
