Ingredients For MUGHLAI CHICKEN PARATHA Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat two tbsp oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add minced chicken and saute for 3 - 4 mins
  • 3. Add salt and mix well
  • 4. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 5. Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
  • 6. Make a soft dough with the help of milk
  • 7. Keep aside for 30 mins
  • 8. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • 9. Sprinkle the little flour and roll them with a rolling pin.
  • 10. Add one tbsp minced chicken,one tbsp chopped onion,green chilly,coriander leaves.
  • 11. Beat one egg and mix them.
  • 12. Fold it like a envelope
  • 13. On a heated pan make mughlai paratha applying clarified butter on both sides.
  • 14. Serve hot with sauce.
