Ingredients For Mutter Kachori Recipe - North Indian Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Keep mutter, green chilli, garlic flakes, cumin seeds, to steam by spreading 1tbsp oil and spreading 2tbsp water.
  • 2. Knead wheat flour with salt, oil and water smooth and keep aside.
  • 3. Grind above ingredients in the mixture to make a paste and keep a side.
  • 4. Make small puri's of kneaded flour, and fill above paste in it.
  • 5. Make its kebab and fry it.
  • 6. Serve it with sauce or any chutney.
