Ingredients For Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash poha with water and drain water. Take a pan add oil roast the peanut and keep it aside. Add cumin seeds crackle it and fennel seeds, kala Chana and sauté it for a minute.
  • 2. Add green chili and salt and sauté it and Turmeric powder, coriander powder sugar and add 1 tbsp sugar for dissolve sugar and mix it well now add washed poha and mix it again and cover it with a lid in law flame for a minute.
  • 3. Now add Rosted peanut coriander and mix it again and serve it with Nakeen and chopped onion, lemon and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
