Methods
  • 1. 1. Take a cooker or double bottom deep pan
  • 2. 2. Heat ghee and add onions and fry until they brown
  • 3. 3. Add mutton , ginger garlic paste and all dry spices and mix well
  • 4. 4 add water aproxx 8-9 cup and cover with led and cook on slow flame for 4 hours
  • 5. 5. Keep checking in between. The way to know that the meat is cooked is when it breaks easily with a wooden spoon.
  • 6. 6. Dissolve wheat flour in half cup of water such that there are no lumps. Slowly add it to the gravy. Stir to mix it well in the gravy and let it simmer for another 10-15 mins till the gravy thickens.
