  • 1. Put pan on the gas.Add oil then add cumin and mustard seed.when cumin seed till brown add curry leaves and green chili.
  • 2. Add white poha and all masala with roasted peanut, cashews,almond,resin. Add salt and suger.
  • 3. Roasted on low flame for 5 to 10 min .
  • 4. Namkeen mitha poha chaveda is ready to serve.
