Ingredients For Nankeen Mathri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mash potatoes in mixing bowl.
  • 2. Take all flour with potatoes.
  • 3. Add salt, black pepper, sessame seeds, chilli flakes and 1 spoon oil with it.
  • 4. Mix all ingredients very well to bind.
  • 5. Now add water as required and knead medium soft dough. Apply oil in Palm and knead it. Keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • 6. Now take some portion from dough and flatten out on rolling board size of medium thick. Cut roundels and Prink with fork.
  • 7. Now deep fry it in hot oil on low to medium flame till become golden and crysp.
  • 8. Our nankeen Mathri is ready to serve.
