Ingredients For No oil no Ghee Oats and Coconut Laddu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the oats . Grind it coarsely. Keep aside.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom wok, add coconut. Roast it on low heat for 6-7 minutes. Stir continuously. Colour of coconut should not be change.
  • 3. Add powered sugar, milk powder and oats. Mix it well. Cook for 3-4 minutes on very low heat.
  • 4. Add cardamom powder and milk . Stir continuously. Cook until the mixture absorbs all the milk.
  • 5. Turn off the flame. Transfer the mixture in a plate. Let it slightly cool.
  • 6. Take small portion of mixture, make round shaped laddu from it.
  • 7. Coat it with desiccated coconut, garnish it with almonds.
