Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan and saute oats for 1 minute on low to mefium flame.
  • 2. Add milk and sugar,mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes until it becomes slightly thick in texture.
  • 3. Finally add cardamom powder and chopped mixed dry fruits,mix well and switvh off the flame.
  • 4. Oats Kheer is ready to serve.
