Methods
  • 1. grind oats into fine powder .mix curd and water n form a thick batter.
  • 2. rest for 15 minutes
  • 3. now add pizza seasoning and mix well
  • 4. heat a pan ..greese it with oil or butter
  • 5. add two three laddles of batter in the pan.
  • 6. garnish it with bell peppers ,cherries,olives,seasoning and mozerella cheese cubes..
  • 7. cover and cook for 5-7 min till u get the base crispy and cheese melts.
  • 8. serve hot mozerella cheese
